Sometimes we need help understanding our pain, confusion, patterns of thinking and behaving, and how our past and current experiences affect us today. I offer psychotherapy to people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. I predominately use a psychoanalytic approach (bringing unconscious thoughts to conscious awareness) and psychodynamic approach (exploring how past experiences have shaped ones current mindset). Given that every client is so unique, I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities (eclectic approach) to support specific issues. I work best with open, curious, sensitive/highly sensitive people (HSPs), and individuals who are seeking continual self-growth. My faith in Jesus informs my work. I have recently been interested in working with marginalized Christians who have been hurt by the church/or do not identify with mainstream American evangelical Christianity. If you are reading this, you are an overcomer. Seeking therapy is a brave step and I commend you for reaching out for help. I provide a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. It is important to have a certain level of comfort and safety with whomever you choose to counsel you. I look forward to connecting with you!
