Introduction

I enjoy working with individuals and families utilizing a trauma-informed approach. I am trained in EMDR, but use a number of different approaches to meet the needs of my clients including but not limited to DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused. I offer non-judgmental counseling and education regardless of religious or cultural beliefs that may be different from my own. It is my view that the client/family are the experts on themselves rather than myself and I work with them together as a team.
