Anna is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical social work, building upon her bachelor’s in psychology. With a diverse background, she has experience working with adolescents, families, children, adults, and individuals with disabilities. Being a child of immigrants, Anna is bilingual and harbors a strong desire to aid the Latinx community. Anna's professional passion lies in breaking taboos and promoting the power of vulnerability within therapy. She advocates for a redefinition of therapy, particularly within the Latinx community, aiming to destigmatize mental health issues. Currently enrolled in a trauma-informed program, Anna eagerly anticipates applying her skills within an agency. Anna emphasizes continual self-education to enhance her client care. Beyond academic pursuits, she delves into attachment styles, childhood wounds, and their physiological impacts on well-being.
