Welcome! My name is Anna Buck and I am a resident in counseling, here to help you process what might be making you feel stuck, anxious, angry, or alone. I have experience working with people of all ages, refugees, and adult survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. I am passionate about helping people see their strengths, gain self-awareness and self-compassion, and heal from past harmful experiences to live a fuller life in alignment with their values. I value providing this support in a trauma-informed way, involving cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapies.
