You’ve come to the right place. I’m Anna, and I help young adults just like you: ones that have it within them to be healthy and thriving again, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find fulfillment, motivation, and take back control of their life by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and one another. Many of today’s solutions for anxiety are cookie-cutter, leading so many to feel unseen and afraid they won’t get better. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I will be mindful of your experience and help you learn skills that will actually work in your life. First, we work together to identify your major triggers that are causing stress in your relationships and lack of confidence. Then, we will work on communication skills, boundary setting, and confidence building that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be confident in your ability to navigate new life changes and maintain your new sense of self.
