My approach is person centered and strengths based, recognizing the impact of trauma and systemic circumstances on our experiences and coping abilities. Rooted in empathy and recognition of the dignity of all people, I believe that healing, self-compassion and greater well being should be attainable for everyone.” Anna welcomes individuals from all spiritual traditions and cultural backgrounds and is LGBTQAI affirming.
