Introduction

Solution focused therapy is my main approach to move you toward the future you see for yourself. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you discover how you think and how it impacts the choices you make, EMDR to treat trauma symptoms, and attachment therapy to examine how childhood impacts adult experiences. I've had the honor of seeing thousands of clients reach their goals and move toward what they want out of life.
