Introduction

We will examine your sleep patterns, diet, hormones, exercise, academic, family and career obligations while working on your mental health in weekly sessions. I use very unique techniques (not just talk therapy) to address depression, fatigue, stress, overwhelm and racing thoughts as well as many other issues. I will provide you with trusted referrals to address areas outside my expertise. I will educate you on the physiological and psychological responses to stress, dysfunction, etc. I will teach you new coping skills to address mental health impairments, work with you on quieting you mind and being present in the moment and navigate your journey to better whole health. I am a holistic provider who believes the whole person needs to be treated rather than just mental health. I am trauma specialized and use elements of EMDR, somatic and sensorimotor therapies. I am not trained in one therapy-I use elements of many different therapies depending on what each individual client responds best to. I look forward to navigating a beautiful journey with you to whole health!
