You come to therapy seeking change and personal growth. You want more contentment with yourself and your life. Something is not working well for you. It might be relationships. It might be school, career, or retirement. It could be that you find your thought or behavior patterns are not helpful. You might have had a loss or trauma and need to heal. You might be experiencing a life change or issue that is very challenging. Maybe you have symptoms of depression or anxiety that you have been unable to resolve. We work together to clarify your therapy goals. I am a clinical social worker. This means that my approach is holistic and client centered. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to meet the needs of each client. I use an integrated therapy approach to meet your unique needs. We work at your pace. I see teens, adults, and couples in private practice in Concord, MA. I hold a MSW from Boston University, a MA from the University of Chicago, and a MBA from New York University.
