Introduction

In our chaotic and unjust world, many of us live on high alert, struggling with rage, fear, and hopelessness. Exposure to chronic stress and trauma disconnects us from our bodies, our true selves, and each other. As a clinical psychologist and a mindfulness meditation practitioner, I help clients tune in to their inner wisdom, reduce the impacts of chronic stress, and build bold and authentic lives, right where they are. I bring a mindfulness-based, compassion-focused, somatic approach to help clients address symptoms of chronic stress such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and isolation. I bring an anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens to my work, so I am a good fit for people that do not resonate with mainstream mental health approaches. I specialize in working with: Anxiety and burnout Overthinkers Perfectionists People pleasers Chronic pain and illness Trauma survivors People of color Immigrants and adult children of immigrants People of Asian and South Asian descent Copy and paste this link for more information about my approach: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tUCmmtroRtW8_PSE2oO6Lq-ZqKnjsABO/view Visit my YouTube channel for a video introduction! https://youtu.be/6lcUevNdQzU
