Do you feel disempowered by experiences in your past? Negative events in our past can leave us feeling powerless, unheard, or stuck. As a strengths-based therapist, I focus on helping you find your inner voice and identify and utilize your strengths to heal from painful experiences in your past. I strive to create an atmosphere of safety, validation, trust, and to connect authentically with my clients. I believe in empowering my clients to gain the tools to make sustainable changes in their life. In your sessions, you can expect to better understand how your thoughts and feelings impact you, and how your experiences have shaped you as a person. I believe in working alongside my clients in their journey of healing. I recognize clients know themselves best and I strive to bring that into session. We will work at a pace that you are comfortable with and at times, we will lean into uncomfortable and hard things. Together, we can help you make meaningful changes in your life to allow you to thrive.
