Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Attachment Issues, Trauma,
Insurance: Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, United Healthcare, Traditional Medicare

Introduction

I partner with women in a safe, nurturing atmosphere where our first goal is feeling safe and able to manage difficult emotions. From there, we explore and work to resolve unmet childhood needs, trauma and other barriers that may be causing emotional difficulties and relationship issues. I have practiced in the field of social work for over 20 years. I love learning and practicing current research based therapies that move beyond traditional talk-only therapies.
