Introduction

Life can be difficult and we all have ups and downs. We all experience life transitions, such as changes in age, relationships, births, deaths, marriage, divorce, and changes in employment, to name a few. It is normal and common to have some difficulty navigating these changes, which may be accompanied by depression, anxiety, trouble sleeping, and other mental health concerns. I honor the value of every person and enjoy utilizing a person’s strengths to help them find solutions to living their best life. I seek to provide a calm, trustworthy, non-judgmental, and supportive environment that allows for honest, real, and life-changing conversations. I believe that the best results happen when treating the whole person, which includes mental, physical, spiritual, relational, and intellectual parts of self.
