Introduction

My name is Angi, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strengths. I got started in this work after witnessing firsthand the transformative power of compassionate support—both in my own life and in the lives of those around me. That personal insight sparked a deep desire to create a safe, welcoming space where others could reflect, be vulnerable, and bloom. I specialize in working with teens navigating identity, self esteem, and peers. Individuals dealing with a a variety of feelings or conflicts. Couples who are seeking a deeper connections and families wanting to improve communication and understanding. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a warm, relational style, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need a shoulder, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, clarity, and tools that truly make a difference. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful growth—through building resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self so you may BLOOM where you are! Taking the first step can be the hardest part, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
