Angelique Lawrence is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist. Ms. Lawrence received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University. She subsequently received a second Master’s in Military Psychology from Adler University. She is currently working on a PhD in Clinical Sexology Ms. Lawrence is certified in alcohol and substance abuse, sexual therapy, and divorce mediation in New York and Virginia. Ms. Lawrence specialized in child psychology with a focus on the ages of eight to seventeen. Her second specialty is children and co-parenting issues. Ms. Lawrence has worked in this field for over 20 years with help children and family work through life situation developing new coping skills and sharping some old tools as well. Ms. Lawrence enjoys what she has been blessed to do with this gift she is a supervisor in the state of Virginia. She currently holds licensed in different states. She is an author as well has been invited to speaking engagements on Mind Matter a mental health platform. Ms. Lawrence is a native New Yorker until the last six years where she relocated to Virginia to further her practice. She is currently working on developing a support groups; supporting the loves ones of cancer survivors, minority vis diabetes support, “Love you More” a pre martial group on FB along with young adult focus groups dealing with the challenges of body and mind within the minorities families and survival in life.
