Welcome! I work with individuals and couples who want to be free from old patterns and discover new ways of being. I listen carefully to find out what you need in order to help you find the next best step in your healing. My welcoming, non-judgmental presence will offer you a safe space to find some equilibrium and hope, no matter what you are facing-- grief, trauma, depression, etc. My approach is primarily psychodynamic (looking into how the past is affecting the present). I also use EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, EFT, and PACT, as well as Buddhist psychology (mindfulness, compassion, lovingkindness, etc.). My background includes teaching (K-12) and yoga, and Buddhist meditation. I am an out of network provider, but most of my clients do get reimbursed by their insurance (at least part of the fee).
