I enjoy working with couples and families via telehealth to improve communication, rebuild trust, connection and intimacy while decreasing conflict, working toward compromise, and mutually feeling heard and understood. I work with couples and individuals to teach communication and conflict resolution skills, coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are ready to understand and change their relationship patterns and/or wanting to heal through past relationship trauma. I am Level 3 Trained in the Gottman Method as well as trained to work with court mandated co-parents taking them through a comprehensive and structured program called the Shared Parenting Support Program. I work collaboratively using a client centered, solution focused, direct approach while incorporating narrative and CBT framework. I strive to help my clients heal past emotional injuries to help them move forward in their relationships and create a safe space for clients to not only understand their own roles in the relationship, but to also help them develop tools they can use to work together in improving their lives and relationships.
