Welcome! My name is Angelina (she/her), and it's been my honor to work with people recovering from eating disorders and related issues for over a decade. I am committed to providing warm, responsive, and competent care, which means having a deep knowledge of the clinical evidence base, as well as a fat-liberationist, LGBTQ+ affirming, antiracist, and disability-justice approach to healing. As an integrative, relational therapist, I utilize Family-Based Treatment (FBT), exposure therapies, emotionally-focused therapies, mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work, and somatics. I gladly draw from behavioral therapies when that supports our work. Most importantly, we'll find laughter where we can! In addition to the spectrum of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, I work with anxiety, depression, developmental and complex trauma, and relationship challenges. I have a particular specialization in chronic illness and disability, and a focus on working with Jewish clients and families.
