Introduction

I have worked with individuals of all ages in the community, school, and homes to provide therapeutic services and support for over 20 years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My therapeutic approach is based on individual needs and eclectic and I may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential, Reality Therapy or a Person-Centered approach. I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy treatment approach for couples. Together, my hope is to meet you in your dark place, reignite the light inside, and take you on a journey to the best version of yourself!
