*Accepting New Clients* Throughout my career as a mental health therapist, I have worked directly with clients working through trauma, struggling with emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and veterans who are reintegrating to civilian life. As a clinician who is passionate about mental health, I am excited to work with clients who are motivated for change and willing to engage in self-exploration of their own values and thinking patterns. Changing the way we feel begins by addressing the way we think. Becoming more aware of our thinking patterns and how to challenge those thoughts that no longer serve us is what drives my practice.
