I am a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, young adults, and parents navigate life's challenges to live a more empowered and fulfilled life. In particular, I am trained to work with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, body image difficulties, interpersonal challenges, and parenting complexities. I approach my work from a relational perspective, meaning I prioritize the therapeutic relationship, as it is the vessel that allows for growth and change. From there, I utilize conversation, art, play, and more to promote skill-building, emotional understanding and insight, resilience development, effective communication, and identity development. My goal is to work collaboratively to help yourself or your child/adolescent meet their goals. As someone that experienced notable anxiety as a child, I understand the importance of mental health support early in one's life. Understanding our emotional experiences, learning effective coping strategies, and developing a strong sense of self can positively impact the trajectory of our lives. When I am not in the therapy office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, Wrigley, exploring new restaurants, and connecting with family and friends.
