Angela Paggett is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about working with adolescents, adults (specifically Black women and men), and families address their unique story full of challenges and conquering moments in order to create a new and satisfying story outlook. Angela specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and communication between relationships and self. Angela completed her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at Valdosta State University, in their unique program. She is a former substitute teacher, mentor and overall life advocate who enjoys interacting with people from different walks of life and allowing them the unique experience of being able to express themselves to someone who is unbiased and seeking to provide them with a safe space to share their inner most thoughts. Angela utilizes collaborative therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy and many other treatment approaches to provide a specialized experience to each client based on their specific needs.
