Introduction

Seeking out therapy is tough, but that feeling of stuck, out of control , afraid and like life is unmanageable is worse. I blend my 20 years of mental health experience with lived experiences to deliver an assertive , straight forward and realistic approach to our work together. We will work together to identify those thoughts and emotions that lead to the behaviors and actions you wish to change. We will develop practical strategies for immediate symptom relief as well a long term resolutions. In therapy we will focus on your strengths and abilities, your "super powers" to develop tools to rebuild , recover, or grow into a life better worth living . Therapy will assist you in organizing and making sense out of past traumas as well as current day situations that are having an impact on your current emotions, behavior , sense of control over your relationships, employment , household and parenting .
