Life is overwhelming and can make us feel alone. Therapy can give you a space to share the challenges of life. Those challenges can feel like a mountain that is too much to take on at once. Therapy can be the first step towards looking at the mountain differently. I use a client centered approach to help build a therapeutic relationship to help process the challenges of life. I strive to look at every individual with their own life experiences while understanding their needs and goals for therapy. Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health and graduated from University of South Dakota with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
