Introduction

Congratulations on taking the difficult step towards personal empowerment. Seeking therapy services can be overwhelming and scary; however, once started, the experience can be exciting and beneficial. Do you struggle with fatigue, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, or trauma and feel it stops you from living your best life? I can support this by offering a non-judgmental, safe space involving empathy, compassion, acceptance, and an inclusive environment. I welcome diverse clients in race, ethnicity, sexuality, and culture. I work with adults dealing with life changes. Teenagers and their families as they experience the different stages of life We cannot control the unfortunate situations in life, but we can learn ways of not letting them control us. My own adverse life experiences allow me a perspective of empathy and understanding. My approach is not to provide you with answers but to work with you on the changes and healing you are seeking. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and validated. Because I have a passion for helping people improve their mental health, I would be honored to join you in the journey. Our sessions consist of a collaborative and mutually respectful relationship to assist you in navigating the process of reaching the most excellent version of you.
