Introduction

I see adults who want not just to change their behaviors but transform their lives from the inside out. We do this together by using Accelerate Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and slowing down to process overwhelming thoughts and feelings moment by moment. This often results in feeling (maybe for the first time) overwhelming emotions often brought on by trauma. We change by having corrective experiences not just more knowledge. I use quite a few tools to help our nervous system state as well including LENS Neurofeedback, The Safe and Sound Protocol, and Trauma therapy tools.
