I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and am passionate about helping clients overcome trauma. I work with adults and teens and specialize in eating disorders, addictive behaviors, poor self-image, and other mental health struggles through a trauma lens and HAES perspective. I believe in treating the whole person; My goal is to empower you to create a life you love living. I tailor treatment to the needs of the individual. I blend EMDR and IFS with multiple other therapeutic modalities to help clients learn to nourish their mind, body and spirit. I also have a history in fine art and love to guide individuals to utilize their creativity as an important part of their healing journey Rates Free 15 minute in-person or video consultation Therapy session $165 per 50 minute session Insurance I am currently offering private pay services only. I can provide you with documentation to submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company. I cannot guarantee reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to ensure benefits and coverage Cancellation Policy Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee. ​Payment Options Payment for services can be made with credit/debit cards or HSA/FSA cards.
