Now accepting new clients. Therapy is a space where rather than asking "What is wrong with you?" we can answer the question "What happened to you?" The impact of trauma, relationship disruptions, and the general disappointments of life impact us and we all develop coping skills to deal with them in the moment. The journey of healing, self-discovery, and self-awareness means exploring what coping skills are still beneficial and which ones might no longer serve their purpose. Together, we can tackle the goals you’ve identified to help make life more meaningful, richer, joyful, and peaceful. Over the past 17 years, I've supported people who have experienced trauma, interpersonal disruptions, multigenerational trauma, and systemic oppression. I have experience working with adoptive families and all of the unique dynamics that accompany building a family through adoption. I consider the most important part of my role to be the sacred work of walking alongside individuals and families as they move toward healing. It is important to have a goodness of fit between therapist and client, and I would invite you to call for a short consultation to explore if you feel I am a good fit for your needs.
