I have a passion for helping individuals who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/relationship difficulties and trauma. I hope to help you with becoming your ideal self. I have been trained in treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, trauma focused CBT, and am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Regardless of the approach we decide, I feel the therapeutic relationship and trust are vital to any goal.
