PLEASE NOTE I ONLY SEE CLIENTS WHO RESIDE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK I specialize in working with young/emerging adults (individuals in their 20’s and 30’s) AKA ‘millennials’ – though I am not a fan of the term, as well as with teenagers, and their families. My passion is working with young people as they travel through transitional phases in life. My clients tend to struggle with issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulty navigating relationships, challenges in work or school performance, frustrations around focus or organization, making decisions surrounding life and career directions, processing experiences of trauma or loss, coming to terms with difficult or traumatic childhoods, and exploring identity related issues: surrounding race, gender, class, sexuality, sexual orientation, LGBTQIA+? I work to help you to better understand yourself, and to tap into and capitalize on your existing strengths as well as discover internal strengths you never realized you possessed. My goal for our work together is to help you to feel happier and more fulfilled, and for you to emerge stronger and more confident. Using humor (lots of humor!) and hope, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable/heard.
