Mrs. Cilley is a licensed master's level social worker. She has worked as an outpatient, home based and contractual therapist. Provide individual, couples and family therapy sessions. Mrs. Cilley has experience working with child/adolescents and adults with trauma, anxiety depression, grief, relationship concerns, LGBTQIA+, and adverse experiences. Additionally, she has substantial training and history working with children, families and adults who experienced trauma through gradual exposure. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, she engages clients in mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy to support client growth in therapy. Mrs. Cilley has helped children, adolescents and families learn to balance behaviors and regulate emotions. Mrs. Cilley is a native of the tri-cities. She enjoys music, traveling, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
