As an experienced therapist in Orlando, FL, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome their mental health challenges. With a passion for ethically helping others, in 2009 I embarked on a journey to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have been providing comprehensive services, offering support in navigating personal health and wellness, expanding my knowledge as a lifetime student in areas such as Motivational Interviewing, Herbalism, Ayurveda, Integrative and Functional Nutrition, EMDR, trauma-informed CBT, pregnancy/postpartum, and first-time family education.
