Introduction
Hello! Thanks for taking time to visit my website. I help disconnected couples, restless entrepreneurs, and anxious adults. When I entered this profession, I realized that everyone on the planet needs a safe place to go where they can be completely themselves...and say anything. At times we need to chat with someone who's not part of our family or friend circles, someone with training and skills to navigate through confusing thoughts, emotions, relationships, careers, and matters of faith. My experience includes over two decades of practice and leadership as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My training includes a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Trevecca University in Nashville as well as a masters in counseling and marriage and family therapy from John Brown University in Arkansas. Meeting securely via video or phone is always an option. My office resides in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville. No insurances and no paper trail. I can provide invoices/codes necessary to file with insurance, if preferred. Reduced rates are available on limited basis. I'd be glad to meet for a brief no-cost consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you.
