As an athlete and LGBTQIA+ mental health therapist, I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ young adults, ages 15 through 30, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, I specialize in supporting athletes aiming to enhance their sports performance. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for my clients with a holistic and empathetic approach. Whether you're navigating the complexities of identity, overcoming mental health challenges, or pushing toward peak athletic performance, my goal is to empower you to thrive, achieve your potential, and reach your goals! I utilize many different components of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy for a holistic approach that is unique to your goals and needs. My main goal is to help establish a safe space for you to be able to find healing and explore your identity, needs, and past trauma.
