I help clients achieve their goals and build habits by overcoming negative thinking and being gentle with themselves. Clients learn to manage anxiety, panic attacks and become more effective in their lives. With EMDR, clients build inner resources and process painful past events. We talk about goals and progress throughout to make sure therapy is helping. We seek therapy for many reasons--we feel hopeless, need to make a change in our lives, something tipped the balance and things are falling apart.
