I work with those experiencing a variety of life issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, ASD, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I practice with a humanistic, empathetic, & mindfulness-based lens. We will work together to find ways to help you move forward. I have a background in philosophy, and I bring a creative and curious point of view. I use a holistic approach including psychodynamic, existential, DBT, and family systems interventions.
