Introduction

I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I understand the unique challenges these experiences can bring and am committed to helping you embrace your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and live with greater clarity and purpose. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate tools from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor our work to your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, I’m here to support you in identifying what you can change, while learning to accept what’s outside of your control. You are the expert on your own life. I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your values, and take meaningful steps forward—at your own pace.
