Hi, I'm Andressa Little, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing, compassionate listening, and evidence-based tools to support lasting change. My clinical background includes working with children, teens, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s most difficult and meaningful moments. I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self-harming behaviors, and grief. I also work with clients facing life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, spiritual questions, and identity exploration. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and client-centered, drawing from CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, and strength therapy to meet you where you are. Whether you're struggling with stress, navigating postpartum changes, processing past trauma, or seeking support for your teen, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and understood. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am deeply committed to culturally sensitive care, including support around gender identity, racial identity, adoption, and intergenerational trauma. You're not alone—and healing is possible. I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
