Introduction

If you've found me, you need someone who will help you sort out what's wrong "with you" versus the wrong things that have happened to you. That way you can do the hard work of stopping the harmful cycles for yourself and the people around you. I help adults with trauma find true healing, allowing each one to show up for themselves, their loved ones and friends. My clients tend to overwork, stay over-busy, and over-fret. Usually their sleep is all over the place because there is just no comfort in the quiet for them. Women, men, and nonbinary people are welcome and comfortable in my office.
