Born to British-American parents & raised in England, France, & Cyprus, I moved to California in my late-teens. Before becoming a therapist, I enjoyed a 14-year-long career in the film industry. My history influences my therapeutic style, making me curious & non-judgmental. You might be surprised by how normal your fears, insecurities, & challenges are! In our work together, I will take a holistic approach that is customized to your unique background & needs, but always interested in digging beneath the surface. My overarching goal is to diminish the hold that trauma & unpleasant experiences have over you while deepening your self-awareness & trust.
