From young adults who are struggling with transitioning into adulthood, to those managing the stressors of a "quarter-life crisis,” working with young adults is my specialty. One of the most important skills my clients leave with, is the ability to see themselves with more loving kindness and acceptance. They gain the knowledge of how to transition and adapt to change, as well as the ability to communicate their needs, wants, and feelings effectively. I'm here to offer a space that is free from judgment, and a space where you can truly be accepted. In my practice, typically work with anxiety, communication issues, and depression. Life can be hard; it throws a lot of challenges at us. Therapy is a great way to navigate through these struggles with a more healthy approach; doing so in the comfort of your home can allow you to feel a deeper sense of comfort/openness.
