Hi my name is Andrea Reynolds. I have been working with individuals in the mental health field for three years. I find enjoyment to walk along side my clients while they discover who they are and strive to reach their goals. I utilize various modalities to guide my clients to become their best self. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to name a few.
