Andrea holds a master’s degree in social work. She completed her second-year internship at Love Is Healing, LLC. She is bilingual and enjoys working with clients in Spanish, her first language. She has spent over 16 years supporting families who have children with disabilities deal with grief related to their children’s diagnosis and has provided support to navigate the health and educational systems. She also has experience working with elderly clients who are dealing with chronic illnesses. In addition, as a first-generation immigrant, she has personal experience dealing with the challenges of living in a foreign country. Her goal is to meet clients wherever they are in their journey and provide them with the support needed to accomplish their goals. She is passionate, caring, patient, and honest. She is particularly interested in working with clients dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and trauma.
