I am Andrea McClure, LCSW. You can call me Andi! I fell into social work by accident. I started in 2010 doing skill building services at a summer program for children experiencing emotional disturbance. I thought it would be a summer job to pay the bills. By the end of the summer it was the only thing I wanted to do. I eventually progressed to Case Management, and then went back to school to MSW so that I could be a clinical therapist. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a focus in Applied Ethics from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2011. I graduated from Boise State University in 2018 with my Master's of Social Work. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (with an added focus of adolescents). I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
