My approach is client-centered therapy, which is often informed by principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and strengths-based theory. I have specialized training in trauma, thus, I carry a trauma-informed lens into my work with clients when it is appropriate. My specialties include working with adolescents, young adults, and adults and I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I believe therapy is an active, collaborative partnership between the therapist and the client. As the client, you are the expert on your own life, and together, we can look at what’s working for you and what isn’t so that we can uncover the best possible version of yourself.
