Introduction

“We repeat what we don’t repair.” - Christine Langley-Obaugh Isn’t this the truth? We go thru life wondering, “why do I keep doing the same thing over and over?” My goal is to help clients to feel better and to change their mindset about their issues that continue to cause challenges. This frustration is common but there has been such a negative societal stigma about seeking help and counseling. My goal as a therapist is to focus on the core issues that cause us to respond in the same ways over and over. I would say that my specialty is "messy." I have worked with clients who have experienced some of the toughest situations life has thrown at them. Many people have experienced trauma at some point that continues to show up in different ways in daily life (healthy and unhealthy). I specialize with clients who have experienced complex trauma in their lives. My clients and my career as a therapist has been my life long passion in helping others be a better version of themselves and learn to communicate better and “show up differently” to make their lives easier and healthier. I look forward to meeting you and seeing what we can do together to help resolve whatever issue it is that brings you to see me.
