Are you looking for some support and comforting validation? Would you like to better understand the problems you encounter in your day-to-day living as well as have a clearer view of the "bigger picture" issues and themes that arise in your life? Do you struggle with moderate to crippling anxiety or fear, and have trouble being fully present or accomplishing some of life's everyday tasks? Are you lonely or feeling down, or beginning to feel as though you'll never find peace or contentment? If any of these questions resonate with you, I welcome the opportunity to be in your service, help you find relief, and live your best life. My therapeutic approach is an integration of human-centered, psychodynamic, and attachment therapies that I personally tailor to each client to best serve his or her individual needs and goals for therapy. My therapeutic skills include cognitive-behavioral techniques, dream work, insight development, as well as mindfulness and stress-reduction. I was educated in psychology and clinical psychology at Loyola Marymount University and the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. I appreciate how daunting it can feel to take that first step and call a new potential therapist. I warmly welcome you to reach out to me via phone call or email when you're ready. We can briefly discuss what brings you to consider therapy and see if I can be of help to you. If I'm not the best fit for you, I'll gladly give you referrals.
