I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am dedicated to empowering women on their motherhood journey, guiding them to reclaim their sense of self amidst the joys and challenges of motherhood. I specialize in moms struggling with burnout, anxiety, and self-worth. As a fellow woman and mama, I know firsthand how vulnerable it feels to seek therapy and support or explore ideas of intentional change. I am passionate about creating spaces for women’s wellness and empowerment, elevating women’s voices, and celebrating their resilience. My approach incorporates fostering a deep connection with their bodies, acknowledging their strengths, and practicing self-compassion to harness their internal resources for healing and growth while cultivating a greater sense of well-being. I am certified in Maternal Mental Health and have a 15+ year-long career supporting parents and their children in the school system and as a Marriage & Family Therapist.
