Introduction

I'm Andrea. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of Utah. I have been a practicing therapist since 2014 and I have worked in human services and mental health field since 2005. For the past two decades I have made it a personal mission to understand emotional health and personal growth. I specialize in assisting others in recovering from traumatic experiences. Whether it was one experience that had a huge impact on how you view yourself and the world. Or a series of experiences that have begun eating away at your self-worth. I am here to help guide you through the fog. In addition to specializing in trauma recovery, I also enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People. Together we can experiment with creating your safe place and taking risks to develop new skills and continue growing. Together we can find the balance of creating a life worth living. I use various therapeutic techniques in my sessions, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
