You know those thoughts that say "I'm not worthy," or "I'm not good enough?" It is time to remember that you are a human first, and that you deserve to have space to feel safe in exploring the most authentic version of yourself and realize that is way more than "not good enough." I use a strengths-based approach to therapy with a trauma focused lens, using your resilience to discover the narrative that you want to write for your life. Too often, our self-limiting beliefs hold us back from our full potential. I empower clients to take that power back and write their story for themselves rather than live the one society writes for them. We all deserve to feel heard, seen and understood. I work with kids, teens, adolescents, adults and families to find these areas of empowerment to produce the change they desire. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body image, grief/loss, attachment issues, suicidal ideation and trauma.
